Written by Johann David Steingruber, a German architect and writer. Translated by E. M. Hatt. With an introduction and account of Steingruber's life and work by Berthold Wolpe, a German calligrapher, typographer, type designer, book designer and illustrator. With enclosed order form and advertising prospectus for the work. In the original brown cloth binding. Externally, very smart with light shelf wear to the extremities only.
