Spiral binding. Book is in very good minus condition, showing noticable rubbing/scuffing to surfaces, creases to covers, light scuffing to edges/corners, tips modestly rounded/rubbed with tiny chips to top layer of paper covers, small pencil-end sized chip missing at bottom of front cover against spine, a slight crease up front spine gutter, light bump to bottom of metal spiral binding causing a slight bend--metal is also modestly aged but strong; slight creases near edges of some pages; faint neon orange or pink staining along bottom edge of most pages--matching stain at bottom of text block; otherwise in great shape with clean, unmarked pages throughout and sturdy binding.
