Two volume set. Two bound volumes of The Architectural Record, containing all twelve issues for 1917 (January through June, and July through December). Each bound in half-leather over pebbled cloth. The original issue covers are NOT bound-in, nor are any ads; else appear complete. Also a volume index is bound in at the front of each. Some wear at the corners, and wear along the fore-edge of the front board of V42. Rubbing along the spine edges and some to the spine surface of each. Some surface rubbing to the boards. The spine gilt is bright. The page edges are somewhat age-darkened. Label scar on the bottom corner of the rear pastedown of each. Dampstain along the fore-edge margin on about the first 1/3 of the pages of V42 (in the margin only, not affecting text). Else pages are a bit age-toned, but clean. Many B&W architectural photos and floor-plans; some fold-outs. This is a fairly heavy set; Priority and/or International may require shipping over and above standard costs. ; 29A; 10 X 7".
