A handsome copy of this 1780 "nouvelle edition, revue & augmentee". Clean and VG+ in its full light-brown calf (circa late 1800s), with lovely gilt-tooling along the compartments and the fore-edges. Decorative marbled endpapers and pastedowns as well. Internally very sharp, with light, innocuous browning to a handful of the pages. Thick 12mo, a number of woodcuts and engraved fold-out plates.
