Only 500 copies printed. 427pp., numerous tables and appendices, including full peace distribution of the Army and war strength, folding coloured map. Pages showing some age browning, one small embossed library stamp to title page, some neat repairs, including cello to large folding map at rear. Bound in blue cloth, gilt. Overall a fully acceptable example of a rare study. 0.0.
