This unique handmade comic book by William C. Heeber features 22 hand drawn illustrations depicting Army Life. The 8 1/2 x 9 1/2 inch book is covered in a gold colored paper over soft cardboard, with 11 black craft paper sheets fastened with brads. The cover is illustrated. The hand drawn cartoons include text that humorously outlines life in the U.S. Army including the draft, induction, basic training and deployment during the 1950's.
