The Aroma Freedom Technique Step-By-Step Quick Guide

An easy to use guide to the Aroma Freedom Technique. The Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) uses the power of scent to gently shift awareness away from negative thoughts, feelings, and memories, and to initiate a positive outlook and attitude. In this short guide, Dr. Perkus describes the journey of developing the technique. The majority of this guide is a simple step-by-step instruction manual that takes the guesswork out of using essential oils to clear away limitations and negative beliefs and to help to achieve your declared dreams, hopes and goals. The Aroma Freedom Technique is based on solid psychological principles. The AFT process finds its roots in a major branch of psychotherapy – including cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic, solution focused, experiential, and gestalt, among others. This guide can be used as a teaching tool, allowing students to follow along with each step. It can also be used to give to clients after a session so that they can do the process at home. This guide is the perfect companion to The Aroma Freedom Technique book. This book is sold directly from Aroma Freedom International and author Dr. Benjamin Perkus.
