Garhwal Univ. He obtained his M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agronomy from Visva-Bharati. He secured his Ph.D.in Agronomy, BCKV. Awarded MANF,UGC & ICAR NET. Now working (Agronomist) in NABARD.
