Nimmer is Professor Emeritus at Massachusetts College of Art in Boston, and his works have been exhibited throughout the world, including in America, Japan, Ireland, and Australia. He is the author of Art from Intuition: Overcoming Your Fears and Obstacles to Making Art and Creating Abstract Art: Ideas and Inspirations for Passionate Art-Making.
