Art Journal for Adults: A Guided Creative Journal for Drawing, Painting, Sketching, Mixed Media, Art Prompts, Mood Tracking & Creative Reflection

Creativity Doesn't Have to Be Perfect. It Just Has to Be Yours.

Some days you create something you love.

Some days you experiment with a completely new technique.

And some days your masterpiece looks absolutely nothing like the tutorial.

That's part of being creative.

Art Journal for Adults is a guided creative journal designed to give artists, hobbyists and creative souls a place to experiment, make art and reflect on the creative process.

Create, Experiment & Reflect

Each journal page provides space for:

Date / Day - Mood - Today's Prompt / One Word

A large open area gives you room to draw, sketch, paint, doodle, design or experiment with mixed media, while additional sections let you record:

Colors / Materials

and

What I Tried - What I Felt

The result is a creative record of both your artwork and the experience behind it.

And Because Artists Need a Sense of Humor...

The later section combines funny and inspirational artist quotes with guided reflections.

You'll find relatable thoughts about buying art supplies, late-night sketching, following tutorials, mixing colors and trusting the creative process.
