All items are as described and Honolulu Rare Books makes every effort for clarity and preciseness in description, but errors do occur and the seller makes no guarantees for ultimate accuracy. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible to request a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
All returns must be approved before an item is shipped back. Domestic returns generally take two weeks and International returns can take up to six weeks to be received and processed. In the event that an item is being returned due to an error on our part,a prepaid return label will be supplied via email upon request. All books are offered subject to prior sale.
Shipping terms
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
Orders usually ship within 2 business days [M-F]. We will provide tracking for all orders. Items shipped via USPS Mail should arrive within 4-14 business days. We ship from Hawaii. Media Mail can take up to 14 - 20 days just to reach the West Coast by ship. Therefore we ship all smaller and regular sized items within the US by Priority Mail without additional cost to the customer. Oversized or heavy books might have to be shipped by Media Mail.
Please note, as per USPS, depending on service location and/or high peak periods within the post office, deliveries can take up to 21 business days to arrive. Should your order not arrive within 21 business days, please contact us promptly for resolution.
