Hardback, 9 x 6 inches. In maroon cloth covers with black lettering and cream pictorial designs to spine and front. Pictorial illustrations to endpapers. Plus original pictorial dustwrapper. In generally very good condition. Cloth binding really bright. Corners a little bumped. (DW Some rubbing on edges, with a few small chips on corners and ends of spine, lightly scuffed lower front cover. Not price clipped.) Some offsetting to endpapers. No penned or previous owners inscriptions. Else pages and plates all very clean, bright and tight throughout. 287pp. Illustrated with many B&W text illustrations and 8 full-page colour plates. (All with captioned page-guards.) A collection of traditional fairy tales illustrated by Arthur Rackham.
