He holds a Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Process Automation applications in Human Resources. Fmr. Co-CEO at Irians Research Institute. Umashankar Subramaniam is an Associate Professor in Electrical Engineering at the College of Engineering, Prince Sultan University, Riyadh Saudi Arabia. Previously he has worked as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Energy, VIT, Vellore. He has more than, 15 years of teaching, research, and industrial R&D experience. Valentina E. Balas is a Professor in the Department of Automatics and Applied Software at the Faculty of Engineering, “Aurel Vlaicu” University of Arad, Romania. She holds a Ph.D. Cum Laude, in Applied Electronics and Telecommunications from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Dr. Balas is the author of more than 350 research papers in refereed journals and international conferences. Her research interests are in Intelligent Systems, Fuzzy Control, Soft Computing, Smart Sensors, Information Fusion, Modeling, and Simulation.
