London, Lisson Gallery, [etc.], [2017]. 1149,[1] pp. Num. col. & b./w. ills. Orig. softcover (paper wrappers with printed acetate dustjacket), dustjacket very sl. dam. on the top of the spine. This book contains a selection of material gathered from the archives of the Lisson Gallery since its foundation in 1967 by Nicholas Logsdail, and is published on the occasion of its 50th anniversary in 2017. The structure and contents of this book are also archival in nature; each artist is listed in alphabetical order and the dates of their solo exhibitions are printed in the top right-hand corner of each page. Where records exist and space allows, each solo show is given a double-page spread and is documented with imagery, ephemera (invitation cards, artists letters, postcards or drawings) and text, usually with a reprinted excerpt from a contemporaneous essay, review or relevant Lisson publication. - Designed by Irma Boom.

We started this family business in 1948. Over the years it became the largest antiquarian and second hand bookstore in Amsterdam. A five store building, two floors open for public, situated in the center of Amsterdam. During the years we became specialists on many different fields like archaeology, art and biology. A part of our collection, approx. 69.000 titles, we have listed on the internet.
