About the Author

Kavin Ley is a devoted husband, friend, music teacher, and father of an angel who left this world too soon. He is an active voice in the child loss community, having recently contributed to the book From Father to Father: Letters from Loss Dad to Loss Dad. He continues to share Asher’s story in the hope that other parents, particularly fathers, will be encouraged to share the stories of their own children. Kavin currently lives in Auburn, Indiana with his wife Betsy and their two mini-dachshunds, Leo and Louie.
