I Didn't Ask You To Dance! I Asked You To Talk!: A Commonsense, Humorous, And At Times, Spiritual Approach To Communication In A Generation Obsessed with Political Correctness

The success of any endeavor depends upon effective communication, which in turn depends upon two important elements: simplicity and relevance. This is true whether you are presenting a business plan for financial support or tailoring a speech to a specific platform, designing a visual program for a presentation or having a simple conversation. Every day we are overwhelmed with thousands of pieces of communication, some simple and relevant but most confusing and inconsistent. New formats and delivery methods are developed continuously, while the difficulty of receiving, processing and responding is evolving in a similar fashion!

"I Didn't Ask You To Dance!" is a collection of practical, real-life experiences: a resource helping people respond to similar situations in similar ways. Because everyone has encountered most of the experiences in here at one point or another, this book is for everyone: from Corporate Executives to Church Leaders, Counselors to Humorists. This book is about the nature of people, the nature of work, and the nature of life!
