He was the lead developer of the ASP.NET Community Starter Kit, a "best-practices" application released by Microsoft. Stephen was the past Chief Technical Officer of CityAuction (http://www.cityauction.com), one of the Internet's top person-to-person auction Web sites, and the exclusive auction provider for both Snap! and CitySearch. Stephen was also past Chief Technical Officer of Collegescape, the leading provider of online college applications.
