About the Author

Hemin R.A. Akreyi is an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Politics and International Relations at the University of Kurdistan Hewl�r. His areas of expertise are federalism, foreign policy, oil, security, governance, and public policy, and he has published a book chapter titled 'The Paradox of Federalism and the Iraqi Federation', published by Routledge in 2018.
