About the Authors

Philipp Meuser, born 1969, architect and publisher with studies in Berlin and Zürich. Construction projects in Kazakhstan. Research on mass housing in the Soviet Union.

Adil Dalbai, born 1985, studied Eastern European history in Berlin. Research on the architectural history of the Soviet Union with a focus on Kazakhstan.
