Astral Projection and Psychic Empowerment: Techniques for Mastering the Out-of-Body Experience

If you're like most people, you have three major questions about astral projection: Why should you do it, how do you do it and (after accomplishing it) what do you do with it. All of these questions and more are answered in Astral Projection and Psychic Empowerment by Joe H. Slate, Ph.D.

Why you should do it:
Out-of-body experiences (OBEs) at once reveal the true nature and greatest possibilities of your being. You can travel to a dimension where the effects of aging, injury, disappointment, and depression are replaced by the best the universe has to offer; a place where the painful residue of past-life issues is wiped clean. Through astral projections, anxieties associated with past-life trauma, empowerment issues and ill health are effectively eliminated. You will finally discover new meaning to your existence as a conscious, enduring energy force in the universe.

How you do it:
This book presents a unique, seven-day plan outlining the procedures and exercises necessary to take that extraordinary leap into the great beyond. You will learn not one but several techniques for achieving an OBE. Each one is described in detail.

What you do with it:
In Astral Projection and Psychic Empowerment you will find revealed a wide variety of amazing things you can accomplish during an OBE. Increase your ESP. Heal yourself and others. Move things with only the power of your mind (psychokinesis). Clear past-life traumas. Visit higher planes. And this only begins to cover what you can do.

Also described is laboratory research into OBEs and how a therapist or counselor can use OBEs to help his or her clients.

If you want to learn to astral project ― and then do something practical with the skill ― this is the book for you.
