Original 1/2 leather with printed cloth, well worn. Spine nearly perished, boards very loose. 29 double page maps, including key map. The maps show all buildings, color keyed by building material. Land owners identified. This was the fourth atlas of this affluent suburb of Boston, the first having been published in 1874.
