Atlas of Human Anatomy

This superb new atlas includes almost 500 colour photos and line drawings to present a concise, highly illustrated guide to human anatomy.

Clearly labelled dissection photographs serve to highlight the most important structures of the body as they will be seen in the anatomy lab. Surface and radiological anatomy images are also included to show how structures and surface landmarks present in clinical practice. Brief, accompanying text explains the core descriptive anatomy and a stethoscope icon flags the text which is of clinical or functional relevance.

Organised on a body region basis, this atlas can be used as a primer for practical anatomy classes, as an accessible guide to the subject during anatomy courses and as a revision aid prior to exams. It is ideal for medical students - particularly for those on the less detailed anatomy courses now being taught - and is also highly suitable for nursing and allied health students (in Occupational Therapy, Radiography and Manual Therapy, for example).
