Published by Librairie Germer Bailliere et Cie. Undated but known to be published in 1865. Second Edition. Size: 35.5 x 29.5 cms or 14 x 11 3/4 inches. Hardcover. Green paper boards with black leather spine and gilt lettering. 25 plates printed on one side only and the notes that accompany them. Condition: Very Good. The cover is worn at the edges and the top and bottom of the spine where the dark green of the leather has worn away and where it has cracked to some degree. The binding is tight. The prints, but for occasional marks and flaws that have to do with age and use - light foxing, brown marks, a thumb print, short tears and creases - are generally very fresh and clean. The pages of text are tanned and occasionally slightly marked but also very clean.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.If a book is small packaging and postage is charged at the lower rate of one pound and fifty pence, the amount being reduced when the order is processed.
