Oversized hardcover, xxvi + 237 pages, illustrated throughout in colour, glossy paper, subject index, NOT ex-library. Weight over 1kg / 2.2lb. Interior is clean and bright, untanned, with very mildly age-toned edges, showing few small marks from reading/handling, some faint offset marks, unmarked text: no writing, no highlighting of any kind. Minor storage marks to outer page edges; secure binding of all leaves and boards. Boards show shelfworn marks and scratches, several tiny sharp marks, lightly bent and creased tips of corners, gentle scuffing, some minor indentations; a long crease to front panel along spine, one small nick to front upper spine corner, gently creased spine ends. Published without a dust jacket. -- This atlas is an all-encompassing state-of-the-art presentation of the different options in refractive surgery and the procedures of choice for each refractive error. All the major developments are extensively illustrated, clearly explained, and objective.
