A VERY RARE ITEM just about complete , one corner of the title page is missing taking with it the last letter 'T' from the word attempt and one corner of the last page BUT this page is the Catalogue and does not affect the booklets x page preface or its 88pages. x+ 88pp+ 2 NOT "Signed by the Author" Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾".
