Dust Jacket: pictorial laminated paper, with colour photographs to front and rear and white lettering on a brown ground to front and spine; very clean and bright but some rubbing and erosion to all edges, commensurate with shelf wear; price clipped; now protected. Cover: blue cloth with gilt lettering to front and spine; very clean and bright; few signs of shelf wear. Internally: very clean and tightly bound; no inscriptions. Illustrated throughout with colour and black and white photographs. Map end papers and paste downs. 224 pp.
