Two Volumes, Hardback, 8.75 x 5.75 inches. Brown and light brown cloth covers, with gilt and black lettering and pictorial decorations to fronts and spines. Dark brown endpapers. In very good condition. Some minor rubbing to corners and ends of spines. Spine a little sunned on vol.2. Neat inscriptions to prelims in both volumes ?To Hugh Norris M.D. with Edward Stephens?s Compliments Xmas 1881.? Some minor foxing spots to prelims and some occasional minor spots to inside pages. Else very good clean and tight copies. 2 vols: xii + 426pp (32pp adverts) & xi + 490pp (& 32pp adverts). With many B&W illustrations (mostly vignettes in vol.1 and full-page plates in vol.2.) and Colour maps. Seller Inventory # 95132
