Authentic Collaboration: A Bridge to Meaningful Connection

Collaboration is the most essential life skill of our era, yet our conventional approach is inadequate.

While we face many complex issues at home, at work and in our communities, our ability to effectively collaborate is often held back by divisiveness, isolation, power struggles and competition. The "us vs. them" mindset breeds conflict, fuels mistrust and hinders solution-finding. What if we unpack the nuances of collaboration and reimagine what's possible?

This book elevates the practice with a fresh, alternative approach. Authentic Collaboration is about more than working together and tolerating differences: it's a holistic way to bridge-build with self, others and Earth. Developing each of these three interdependent relationships fosters meaningful connection, the basis of collaboration. Through mindful interactions, we cultivate respect with all our relations.

Prepare for a provocative exploration as we bring out the best within and among us. Within these pages, you'll find a hopeful vision, guiding principles, compelling stories, thought-provoking questions and over forty skill-building exercises. Together, we'll discover how to shift from individualism to community, and from ego-centrism to eco-centrism. Let's build bridges toward greater resiliency, creativity and belonging. It's time to co-create with the more that we are.

The true power of collaboration is ready to be unlocked.
