Authoring Your Own Life Script: Writing the script by which you live your life.

Change is inevitable. The very fact that we age reminds us of that reality. Our concern about change seems to be driven, literally, by discomfort: we are not really comfortable with change. If we embrace the reality of change, ask how we can guide it, what we have to accept and what we can control and how we can manage our own responses to the changes, we may reduce our discomfort with change and perhaps create partnerships with the forces of change that insure that there will be positive outcomes to the changes in our lives. I am convinced that most of us learn by doing. Using the resources offered in this workbook will help you develop your own way of dealing positively with change. This will help you to move on to the larger opportunity of developing a vision for your life that will involve creating your own Legend and discovering what Legacy you have to offer.
