7 1/2" x 4 7/8”, 40 pages, 12 black and white plates, 2 plans. Paper covers, badly rusted staples, first signature (pages 3 – 30) not secured, creased at corners, paper covers torn and with minor loss at lower back corner and lower spine, otherwise good.
