Item description from seller

Originally published by Edward Avery in London in 1887. This edition was published just one year later in 1888 in France. Measures 4.75" x 7", 224 pages. Softcover with stamped titles and illustration. The book is in very good plus antiquarian condition. Minor sunning to the spine and covers. Wear and creasing to the softcover edges and corners. The textblock is clean and bright. A nice copy of this rare title, scarcely found in such good condition, especially in paperback. The story is narrated by a flea who tells the tale of a beautiful young girl named Bella whose burgeoning sexuality is taken advantage of by her young lover Charlie, the local priest Father Ambrose, two of his colleagues in holy orders and her own uncle. Bella is then employed to procure her best friend, Julia for the sexual enjoyment of both the priests and of her own father. Please view the many other rare titles available for purchase at our store. We are always interested in purchasing individual or collections of fine books. Inventory#(E3-8).
