". to begin with myself I doubt My Lord the Regt. is but in a shabby condition, but I have ordered an entire new sett of accoutrements & such as I hope will meet with your Excellency s approbation at least, I understand they are such are approv d of here, & I hope they will soon be ready to send over.".
