Oversized hardcover with dust jacket. Bound in light blue cloth boards with gold lettering on the spine. 845 pages. No date on title page. Copyright page dated 1933. Book is in very good condition. Binding is tight. The pages are crisp, bright, and free of markings of any sort. The are some small, faint orange stains on the bottom edge of page block. Dust jacket is also in very good condition and is protected by a mylar cover. This is an oversized (and overweight) book. Extra shipping charges may be required for international or priority delivery.

Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
