Autumn's Display

This is one of a series of books for dementia or Alzheimer's patients, seniors with trouble reading and others who would benefit with 'easy read' books that are formatted for adults.

Autumn's Display offers self-esteem and self-confidence to former bookworms who now struggle with "normal" books. You'll know that you're buying a book that is perfect for a dementia or Alzheimer's patient, however the reader will only know that he/she is receiving a beautiful book that is eye-catching and easy to follow. Neither the title nor any text on or in the book states that the book is for dementia or any type of memory/cognitive problems; It is truly concealed so that the reader is not insulted.

This book and others in the series have been created so that a senior can receive a book that they can actually read and enjoy, that is 'disguised' as a real book via formatting and adult words.

This book contains: A lovely "easy read" story without condescending childlike words. Perfect, slightly larger text (16x font). 7 Short chapters. Short paragraphs. One extra space between each sentence to encourage the mind to take pause. 1 to 3 gorgeous full-color photos per each chapter to give a visual clue to the subject matter without distracting the read.

Autumn's Display is a light, happy read that centers on a woman's walk through a park on a beautiful autumn day. The reader will discover charming sights throughout the book. The sole character of the story (an adult woman) strolls along and spies not only beautiful leaves, but also a young girl with a charming sense of humor, a lovely Scarlet Tanager bird, a charming Red Squirrel and an endearing Beagle puppy.

Emma Rose Sparrow has dedicated herself to producing a line of books for Alzheimer's patients, those with dementia and seniors with reading troubles. This goal has led to books in 3 levels that have no text inside or on the cover specifying that they are for memory impaired individuals, Alzheimer's sufferers or others with reading problems.
