About the Author

John was born and raised in Buffalo N.Y. He currently lives in Tampa Florida with his wife, 3 children, and 2 grandchildren. John has been an entrepreneur since the age of 16. At 28 , panic attacks and anxiety began to negatively impact his business life. After fighting back and pushing forward for almost 22 years the decision was made to write this book. It is the first in a series of targeted self help books.
