About the Author
Larry Feltes is a polymath as a retired Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, farmer, economist, educator, financial management executive, and entrepreneurial consultant. Raised on a farm in West Chicago, he brings salt-of-the-earth, Pentagon, and strategic perspectives to bear on complex policy and economic issues. He has a BS in Economics (University of Wisconsin/ River Falls), MBA (University of Utah), and MPA (Auburn University) degrees and substantial Professional Military Education at Air University and National Defense University. He and his wife Shirley Conibear, MD, MPH live in Barrington, Illinois.
