Difficult-to-come by item. Another in the later 19th and 20th century fad of do-it-yourself law by Glamorgan (Morgannwg) Liberal MP, Arthur Williams (1830-1911). Sensible advice of how to AVOID law which any decent solicitor would tell his lower middle-class client, especially over boundary disputes. So chapters on avoidance, how to resist a county court claim, how to assert a just claim (if driven to it, presumably), and hints to witnesses (if doomsday scenario, presumably). Condition poor because back soft cover missing and spine showing wear and tear. 192 pages. Quoted postage for UK 2nd class. Overseas at least £5.85.
