The Awake Five Step Morning Routine: 30 Day Devotional Companion (The Awake Program)

Wake up, sisters, let's win the day together.  I believe if we win the day often enough, we will win at life.    In this program, I will teach you my self-care morning routine, developed through science and scripture, to renew your mind, body and spirit each day.

Start the new year by developing a Morning Mindset.  The five steps in the AWAKE program are the same steps that top world leaders attribute to their success.  But don't be intimidated by the word "morning".  Whenever morning is for you, including these 5 Daily Practical steps in your day will create a life of balance and restored mindful purpose to guard yourself against stress, negativity and dulled vision. 

This book is on part of a 3 part system.  It works great on its own but if you enjoy it you may look at the other parts of the program listed below.

What the Program Includes:

• 1 audio CD which contains the audio explanation of the 5 step routine and 5 originally recorded songs to use as your good morning playlist. (found by searching awake my soul in Amazon)
  
• 1 Five Step Morning Routine Devotion Journal:  Establish your morning mindset with a 30 day habit forming devotional book.  Each day has a 200 word devotion along with a Gratitude and Vision Prompt, Wellness Checklist, Daily Scripture Affirmation, and Prayer/Meditation.  (Can be completed in just 10 minutes)  (that's this one, it works great on its own the other pieces just enhance the program)
  
• 1 Awake 3 Minute Journal: To continue your morning mindset past the 30 days with a Nutrition Tracker, Negative Emotion Identifier, Scripture Affirmation Tracker, Prayer and GLAD statement Log.  (Found by searching The Awake 3 Minute Journal in amazon)
