The Awakening

The truth is finally out: humanity is not alone.

Tensions between Earth and Mars are rising. Joseph Vance, a burgeoning ethicist, is granted a rare opportunity to study Martian society up close-but his arrival triggers a massive power struggle for control. A matriarch desperate to preserve the past. A rising star with a vision for the future. An adversary who is not what he seems.

As alliances fracture and hidden forces emerge, Joseph must transcend the limits of his own consciousness. In a metaphysical war for the soul of two worlds, he will face a choice that could shape the destiny of humanity itself.

The Awakening launches Jon E. Evans' visionary series, Echoes of the Fall, exploring belief, betrayal, and the fragile hope of redemption across the stars.
