About the Author

Bill Wellons is the director of Church Planting and Consulting for Fellowship Associates, and chairman of the Operational Elder Board at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, which he and his wife, Carolyn, helped found in 1977.

While Bill continues to teach in various venues at church, he recently transitioned into leading the Residency Church Planting Program, to consult with church leaders, adn the Kingdom Builders, Fellowship's "Halftime" Ministry.

Carolyn is actively involved in teaching and leading women's groups. She especially enjoys mentoring wives of church planters. For five years, Bill and Carolyn served on the national speaker team for FamilyLife.

Married in 1970, Bill and Carolyn have three chilren and six grandchildren.
