Advanced Xingyi Energetics openly and directly teaches the specific practices and "enablers" for maximal internal energy generation based on the Xingyi mechanics. There are thousands of books, videos, web and zoom trainings, and real-life classes that can instruct you on the physical mechanics of Xingyi.
