About the Author

She is the author of a number of books on the Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health including Forever Healthy: An Introduction to Maharishi Ayur-veda and For a Blissful Baby: Healthy and Happy Pregnancy with Maharishi Vedic Medicine. Along with writing and lecturing on the Maharishi Vedic Approach to Health, Dr. Reddy writes children's books based on traditional stories of India.
