69 pages of text, followed by [iii] pages of advertisements of Chicago companies. Original printed paper wrappers are soiled and worn, with several creases. Spine replaced and tears to wrappers archivally mended and reattached with Japanese tissue by a paper conservator. Contains numerous small illustrations, many of which depict young men in various poses holding rifles, and young women posing with brooms as if they were rifles. Minor soiling scattered throughout text, with a few words written in pencil. Measures 6.5 inches (height). Stated: Second Edition. Size: 16mo - over 5� - 6�" tall.
