Sang J. Kim is an assistant attending anesthesiologist in the Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Management at Hospital for Special Surgery and a Clinicial Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medical College, New York.

Himani V. Bhatt is an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and serves as the Director of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at Mount Sinai Morningside Medical Center in New York City.
