John Henry Webb Fingleton (1908-21) was a gutsy opening bat who bore the full fury of Bodyline. He later became close friends with Larwood and helped persuade him to emigrate to Australia with his family in 1950. First edition. 8vo, 266pp. 12 plates. Dust-wrapper, very good.
