] Two sturdy and clean volumes. Padded hardcovers in encased spiral binding, vi + 237 & viii + 262 pages, each copy VG or better/no dj's (as issued). Each copy overall very nice appearance and condition. Glossy color-photo section dividers (Fish, Meats, Poultry, Salads, Veggies, Breads, Desserts, etc). The Vol. I Byerly's cookbooks (with black background covers) do not state Volume I, but the Byerly's cookbooks issued 1992 and up (light tan background covers) do state Vol. II.
