As a swim mom starting out, I had no idea what to expect at meets. Before every meet, I would research what to pack in the cooler for healthy snacks and easy digestion. I created this book in hopes that it will help another parent to have the food list in one place.

I also wanted a heat sheet journal/ log book. The heat sheets are not provided at every meet. When I did have them, they would get wet or blow away in the wind. I can now write it down in the Swim Meet Results section of this book. There are spaces for seed time, final time, and EHLS, (event, heat, lane and stroke).
