About the Author
He raised $300 million dollars for ARC in one of Goldman Sachs most successfully Initial Public Offering in September 2000. When Bob retired ARC employed 305 people based in 15 countries through the U.S, Europe, and the Asia.
After Bob retired, he and his wife wanted a much slower paced lifestyle. In November 2001 they purchased a 68 Ocean Alexander motor yacht and spent eighteen months cruising the Caribbean. They visited the Far Out Islands of The Bahamas, the Virgin Islands and most of the Leeward Islands and Windward Islands.
In October 2003, Bob made two important decisions: he developed and patented The Stand Up Fighting Gimbal and he began writing a series of eight suspense novels loosely based on their travels throughout the Caribbean. All of the suspense novels are based on actual events that are fictionalized.
When not cruising The Bahamas or the Key West area, Bob and Melody live aboard their yacht at Sailfish Marina and Resort in Palm Beach, FL.
Bob is founder and CEO of ViperBob Fishing Gear, located in Palm Beach County. He invented the Stand Up Fighting Gimbal and has a received patent pending for the device. He also manufacturers and markets fishing vest, baseball caps, T-shirts, and tote bags with the Viper Bob logo.
Also, Bob is a Board member for Bowline Products based in Boca Raton, Fl. They manufacture and market the Gorilla locking fishing rod holder.
