BEYOND TRAUMA: Structure - System - Solution: A Practice Manual for The TRIASact - Integrating SySt, Somatic Experiencing, ACT, Focusing, and Psychodrama

How do you work with people whose system is stuck?

Systemic constellations reveal the structure. The client understands. Six months later: no change.

Somatic Experiencing regulates the nervous system. In session, the body relaxes. At home during family dinner: old stress.

ACT strengthens values-based action. The client knows what matters. Family loyalty blocks every step.

Three approaches. Each effective. Each with limits.

This book shows the synthesis.

Based on 46 years of medical practice and 25 years directing two health centers, Dr. Fritz Hemmerich developed TRIASact™: a method that unites systemic perception, body-based regulation, and values-oriented action.

You will learn:

· The five dimensions of systemic perception

· Core formats for solution constellations, tetralemma, and belief polarities

· Concealed work for highly stressed systems

· Integration of Focusing, Psychodrama, and SE in constellations

· Systemic ACT interventions

· Trauma- and health-sensitive constellation work

Who is this book for?

Experienced therapists, constellation facilitators, SE practitioners, and ACT therapists seeking integration.
Advanced students with foundational knowledge in at least one of these approaches.
Supervisors and trainers for integrative programs.

What this book is NOT:

Not an introduction for absolute beginners. Not a miracle method. Not a substitute for solid training and supervision.

The integration works because it respects what each approach achieves – and supplements where limits become visible.
