[24]pp. Self-wrappers, stitched. Minor staining and foxing, a few leaves with contemporary marginalia. Very good. A rare Revolutionary-period almanac from Connecticut, attributed by both Evans and Bates in his CHECK LIST OF CONNECTICUT ALMANACS, 1709-1850. The contemporary marginalia reveals the usefulness of the almanac, with several notations from a colonial American noting good times to perform certain functions according to the calendar, namely "a good time to cut coalts" on June 13. Only seven copies reported from five institutions in ESTC. EVANS 15706. TRUMBULL 254. DRAKE 312. Seller Inventory # WRCAM51318
